How we started
The company began when our founder realized Lubbock-area contractors and event planners were tired of waiting three or four days for sanitation equipment. He bought two standard porta potties and a pump truck. Word spread. Within a year, we'd added deluxe units, ADA-accessible models, and roll-off dumpsters. Today we keep a fleet of 80 units on rotation, enough to handle everything from a small home renovation to a county fair. What we rent and who we serve
Standard units hold 60 to 70 gallons and are about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. They're the backbone of most construction jobs. How we work
You call or request a quote, we confirm the site address and delivery window, and we drop the unit on a level spot. For construction sites, we follow OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), which specifies 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up. We service every unit weekly unless you arrange a different schedule. If you need emergency septic service or a unit for an event happening tomorrow, we dispatch the same day when possible, call the yard directly rather than waiting for email.
Dumpster permit requirements vary by Lubbock address and project scope. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city, and we'll help you navigate that conversation. Our drivers have hauled debris from renovations, cleared construction sites under OSHA 1926.25 housekeeping rules, and removed waste materials per OSHA 1926.252. What size unit do I need?

Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. Weekend delivery costs more than weekday, but we dispatch Saturdays and Sundays. Call the yard for that day's availability.
How often are units serviced?
Weekly is our baseline. We empty the tank, restock toilet paper and soap (required by 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)), and disinfect. Longer rentals can run 14 days between calls if usage is light, but construction sites almost always need weekly.
Can you pump a grease trap?
We pump grease traps and interceptors when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Call with the location and we'll schedule it.
What's your service area around Lubbock?
