How we started

The company began when our founder realized Lubbock-area contractors and event planners were tired of waiting three or four days for sanitation equipment. He bought two standard porta potties and a pump truck. Word spread. Within a year, we'd added deluxe units, ADA-accessible models, and roll-off dumpsters. Today we keep a fleet of 80 units on rotation, enough to handle everything from a small home renovation to a county fair. Every rental comes with weekly service calls as baseline, following the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 standard for portable sanitation.

We've expanded service to towns nearby: Porta Potty Rental in Wolfforth, TX is 8.4 miles southwest, Shallowater sits 12.1 miles northwest, and we reach as far as Abernathy 21.3 miles north. If you're managing a construction project, hosting a wedding or dealing with a septic emergency, our dispatch team knows the terrain and the local contractors.

What we rent and who we serve

Standard units hold 60 to 70 gallons and are about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. They're the backbone of most construction jobs. We also stock deluxe flushable porta potties with hand sanitizer dispensers and foot pumps, ADA-accessible units that meet ADA Standards section 213.2 so that at least 5 percent of clustered units can accommodate wheelchair users, and restroom trailers with multiple stalls for festivals and large events. We handle septic pumping for residential tanks, which are typically pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on household size. We rent storage containers by the month for tools and materials, temporary fencing for site security, and handwashing stations where crews apply coatings or work with herbicides, a requirement under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) in those contexts.

Construction is our largest vertical. We've placed units on 40-acre excavation jobs where heavy equipment needs fuel and crews need facilities within walking distance. Event restroom rentals account for our second-biggest bucket: weddings, golf tournaments, county fairs, and outdoor concerts. We've also outfitted farm and agricultural sites where seasonal labor and equipment maintenance demand dependable sanitation. Property owners managing home renovations call us when their bathrooms are torn out.

How we work

You call or request a quote, we confirm the site address and delivery window, and we drop the unit on a level spot. For construction sites, we follow OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), which specifies 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up. We service every unit weekly unless you arrange a different schedule. If you need emergency septic service or a unit for an event happening tomorrow, we dispatch the same day when possible, call the yard directly rather than waiting for email.

Dumpster permit requirements vary by Lubbock address and project scope. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city, and we'll help you navigate that conversation. Our drivers have hauled debris from renovations, cleared construction sites under OSHA 1926.25 housekeeping rules, and removed waste materials per OSHA 1926.252. We know what goes in the truck and what doesn't.

What size unit do I need?

A standard 60-gallon unit works for one to three people per day. Larger events or crews need multiple units. Call us with your expected headcount and rental length, and we'll size it right.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes. Weekend delivery costs more than weekday, but we dispatch Saturdays and Sundays. Call the yard for that day's availability.

How often are units serviced?

Weekly is our baseline. We empty the tank, restock toilet paper and soap (required by 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)), and disinfect. Longer rentals can run 14 days between calls if usage is light, but construction sites almost always need weekly.

Can you pump a grease trap?

We pump grease traps and interceptors when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Call with the location and we'll schedule it.

What's your service area around Lubbock?

We cover Lubbock proper and 20 miles out. We serve Buffalo Springs, Idalou, Slaton and the towns in between. If you're just outside, ask anyway, we sometimes make it work.
